How are people bypassing "Modded" tag in the gallery?

I was extremely happy that EA added a Custom Content and Unowned Content tags, which means that we can (or should be able to) filter out unwanted content. Except...no. I keep "Include Custom Conte...

Then I guess that this must be going on:
2) Some CC are remodels of Maxis content and the search filter has no way of discerning between what is 'Maxis' and what is 'tampered with Maxis'.
