No, you cant get CC from the gallery. When you download a Sim from the gallery with CC the CC will be removed from the Sim unless you already have the CC downloaded.
Well that sucks. I wish there was an option to get inherit the CC.
No you don't. You really, really don't. "Inherited" CC from Sims 3 caused so many problems in people's games. Trust me, you don't. You just don't.
