How are people bypassing "Modded" tag in the gallery?

I was extremely happy that EA added a Custom Content and Unowned Content tags, which means that we can (or should be able to) filter out unwanted content. Except...no. I keep "Include Custom Conte...

And to the offender, just for the record, I don't "barge" in on the threads, I have been a member of these forums since the sims 2 days, before OFB was released. My experience is just as valid as anyone else. I wasn't trying to be rude, I was simply stating the facts as I saw them.
