How are people bypassing "Modded" tag in the gallery?

I was extremely happy that EA added a Custom Content and Unowned Content tags, which means that we can (or should be able to) filter out unwanted content. Except...no. I keep "Include Custom Conte...

When we sort by downloads, are we seeing a lot of stuff that was uploaded before those advanced options were put in? By which I mean, it's not "7 days of recent uploads sorted by most downloaded," it's "whatever was most downloaded in the last 7 days, no matter when it was uploaded".

Or is CC showing up even on Most Recent?

(Asking because I almost never open the Gallery so I can't recall what I've seen when)
