How can I interpret the last exception file?

Would anyone be able to help with this one? As well as this recurring last exception, I keep getting knocked out to the world view, I get an error message when I try play my household which advises me to relaunch the game, but that doesn't solve the problem.
All mods I use are updated, those that haven't been updated have been deleted. I tried the 50/50 method but no joy there either. Any help interpreting the below would be greatly appreciated!
