You have some broken mods.
The Road to Fame mod, and BPS funeral event mod are causing issues. It would be best to remove them, and download /install the latest updated versions. There are other mods too that are showing that they are causing issues, but we are unable to post in the forums about these types of mods as the game is teen rated.
It would be best to go back to where you have downloaded all your mods from and see if there are updated versions of these mods to install.
