Game Not Launching.

I have been sitting here for hours on my laptop doing the 50/50 method with my mods/CC. What I am realizing is that all of my game mods are working fine and my game will load, but as soon as I add any of my CC back in the game just says it can't launch. I have repaired the game, deleted cache, made sure everything is up to date and I am still getting no where. Is there supposed to be a fix for this? I know the 18th was supposed to be the "mod/CC fix" but I am still having major issues. I have thousands of CC and never had an issue like this before with any update. I am just beyond frustrated at this point and I don't know what to do to fix it.
