This AHQ EA thread refers to the issue with the Jungle Adventure table. You may like to post feedback on the thread.

With your other issue, if your sim has custom traits, try removing the traits and see if the issue remains.
If the issue remains, try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop. Then delete the cache files.

Then load the game and see if the issue still occurs.
