My Sims Appear Without Clothing

hi i need help with sims4 i’ve never installed ww but somehow my sims are fully n*de i checked my mods but i don’t have anything installed like it and i searched up hoping id find someone similar to my case but there was no one lol SOMEONE HELP ME PLSS i feel really uncomfortable with my sims being fully n*ked😭 esp the men
