How can I interpret the last exception file?

Hey guys, I am having this issue where everytime my sim sits down to do something she'll will be in her seat for a few seconds and glitch out and cancel the action. It is the most frustrating thing, this is the Last exception file my game creates everytime she pops out of her seat. Would someone be able to tell me what it means :)
