how do I download custom content and mods
I have custom content downloaded on my computer but origin won't let me use it in sims 4

You have to put it in the Mods folder.
Go to Documents -> Electronic Arts -> Sims 4 -> Mods and add the cc and mods directly into that folder.
i did that but it still wasn't in my game
