How do I fix my families not showing up in my downloads folder?
Help !!
I've been downloading sims into my downloads folder however they haven't been showing up. I've had this problem for about a month now. The last thing showing up is a house I downloaded months ago. How do I fix this problem?
@0wyrv6zl9hyc I take it you're adding the files to the Tray folder? Make sure they're directly in Tray, not in a subfolder.
Please also make sure you're adding the files to the Sims 4 folder the game is actually using. Here's how to check:

The full file path needs to match exactly. In this case, find the file path in-game, then right-click on the Tray folder and select Properties > General, where you'll be able to see the location.
