How do we update traits (when the OG creator hasn't been active in years)

Title. I have a WHOLE bunch of traits from years ago that broke the last time traits broke, and I was never able to update them, and now with traits broker AGAIN, how can I fix these?

A LOT of the creators are no longer active, so they won't be able to update them, and I can't import them to Mod Constructor to then re-export them to fix.

A lot of these traits were ones I used to LOVE using a couple years ago and I have missed them a lot, and really want to be able to use them again, but I need some guidance on fixes.

And even with Aspirations too, in case i find some old broken ones that I loved.

    But other than that, there's several ways that aspirations and traits can break each time there's an update, and fixing those would require to learn how to mod in general unless someone wrote a detailed beginner-friendly tutorial each time a patch hit. At that point it's better to just recreate them from scratch though, which Mod Constructor can do easily.
