If you have broken CAS UI, it's not MC Command Center causing it. Start at the current Broken & Updated Mods & CC lists.
I don't have any mods and have never used cc. Only thing I have is mccc which I did not think was causing it, I just haven't used it in a long while and trying to find out if something changed. This latest update sure has messed up a lot because I did not have this problem prior to it.
