How to get rid of "Navigating Needs" panel in game

How do I get rid of the "Navigating Needs" panel in the game? I already went to:      Game Options/Tutorial & Tips,   disabled:  "Discovery Quest"   clicked: Apply Changes   Exit Game   power...

    JFYI: (in case anyone else has the same problem)
    Hitting the 'Reset' button (s. enclosed) got rid of the panel.

    But thank you much for the assistance and tips.

@AlexvonAuen Thought you were using some kind of ui mods because of the pic you posted in post #6. That doesn't look right.

This is how mine looks and the ending works for me so I'm thinking maybe some mods is messing it up for you.
