how to install cc after 10th of june update

Hi, so i just got a new pc yesterday and i really wanted to install some cc, but the game files look different than on my previous device (i think it may have something to do with the 10th of june update) and i really have no idea where to put the cc files ☹️ could anyone help me please?

If you can't find the folder using that, please let me know if yo're on a Mac or a Windows PC.
