"humanize all vampires" on mccc actually deletes all vampires?

I've installed it yesterday and have been tweaking my game a lot. It's just awesome how much you can do with this mod! But two questions came to my mind: - do I have to tweak it all again in a differ...

Cause if this is the case I might have found the solution to my vampire problem. I bought the Pack for the CAS and bb objects but ended up deactivating it. Will I be able to bring it back? Together with that awesome world?
