I remember those but weren't they from Sims 3?
You don't need a Mod to place multiple items on surfaces though.
- Place the clutter object on a surface as normal so it snaps into place.
- Hold down the Alt key and click and drag the clutter object off the surface. It will stay at the same height as the surface it was on.
- Move the table/counter then hold down Alt and click and drag the clutter object back over where the surface was and place where you want it.
- Repeat with multiple clutter objects
- Move the table/counter back into place, so all the clutter objects look like they are on the table.

They might have been as well, but I definitely used them in 4 I never used mods with 3 to nervous haha.I know what the traditional way of doing it is. I like that mod for a lot of different things so was looking for it again. I found it a lot faster with the mod, especially since I like to build.
