i CANNOT get my cc into my sims game

Question

okay, so i have newly downloaded sims 4 but i have played before so i understand all that and what not. The only part that i don't get is why my CAS cc is not showing up in my game AT ALL. i have made sure that i have mods and cc enabled into my game and i have repaired my game twice in EA but still nothing. i made sure that the file that i have everything in is named 'mods' too just incase that has anything to do with it. but i have no idea why this is happening and i have been trying everything i can to fix it, someone pleeeaaaseee help.&nbsp;

@itsgraeee Make sure that you're using the Mods folder the game sees. This is a common issue for people with OneDrive.
