@sashaolivia Couple of questions ....
Do you have the latest game updates?
Are you using any mods that need updating and have they been updated?
Have you tried playing with mods/CC turned off?
These are the first two steps you should be taking. If everything there is fine....
Try repairing the game through origin/Steam/whichever engine you are using.
If, after all of that, it's still not working, try creating a new family and see if that works. Then try your old family. If that still doesn't work..... could be something in the file is maybe gone kaput. In which case, if everything else fails, please post your dxdialog and system specs here so one of the gurus, heroes or Community leaders can further examine and try and find a solution for you.
