I can't change the lot type

Ok so yes I use the mods in the game. I don't remember how it happened, but I have one lot in Newcrest called the Medical clinic ("Lékařská klinika" in my language). It has nothing to do with the classic city hospital where my sims go to have an active career. However, this type of lot cannot be changed (the name is greyed out). Sims are generated on the lot as in a classic hospital (doctor, nurses, assistant..). I tried mods to change lots. Nothing works. I'm really desperate now. Nothing can work on that lot. :( And I don't want a medical clinic there, for example, in Private practices mode. Any chance to change it? Has this happened to any of you?
