i can't find mods folder on sims 4 but my mod title screen pops up as if there are mods i repair the sims useing the origins app but i don't know where to put the new folder mods

You can not just create a Mods folder. The game only uses the mods folder it created. By default that is Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 but since you are on Mac it may be on iCloud.
I'm just saying you try deleting the mod and then reinstalling another mod. Or you can also try the Techloky mod that I downloaded. Is this a violation??
