i cant play my sims4 game

when i go to play my game either i go to the saved game it won't let me play all lots were changed to non-residential lots no lots available or i go to new game and none of my worlds show up. what can i do? has this happened to anyone else?

@lloydsmom2008 Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?

Try removing everything and see if it then works.
