As I open up the sims 4, everything is fine until I want to play one of my sims. I click on the continue playing (main menu) then it loads but it sends me to the village menu. I tried the building mode, tried creating a new sim to move in, cleared my mods folder and restarted it. What may be the problem?
@kachingching1 Are you playing on a pc, mac, or console? Did the game ever work? Did you try repair game?
I had the last exception file, deleted it, started the game but it triggered the same error. Looks like a new one is created. Somehow I can't post my screenshot

The instructions for attaching the last-exception file are as follows:
1. click the "Reply" button in post you will reply
2. click the "Spoiler" button and in opened spoiler space attach your copied LE file
Note that after the "SystemInfo:" there is some personal information about your PC. It is recommended that information other than OS and GPU type be removed.
