@kachingching1 Are you playing on a pc, mac, or console? Did the game ever work? Did you try repair game?
@roberta591 I am playing on PC and yes the game worked just fine the day before and I have tried repairing the game
- @kachingching1 Can you try loading the game by clicking on load instead of resume and check if you can load another household ?
Are you getting an error message when send back to the map ?- @crinrict I tried what you suggested but it still returns to the map and I'm not getting an error message.
- @kachingching1 Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
