I've removed mods and CC still can not view agreements

@DaniBird1864 Could you please try this test?

    - Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
    - Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
    - Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a test save

    - If that works, exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
    - Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.

    - If that works, you can copy your old Tray files (this is your Library), Screenshots and Videos files, and then reintroduce mods gradually. Delete localthumbcache if you remove anything from the mods folder or replace a file in it.

How are you trying to view them?  Is it the landlord or a tenant?  Is it just one or both?  Or are the options there but not working in either case?

For a tenant, you can look at the agreement on the sim's phone.  As the landlord, you use the rental panel in the lower right of the UI.

    Hope this helps.

  • @CGrant56 I'm having the same problem. I've tried from both sides (landlord and tenant) neither are working. I also cannot pick my tenants, review anything to do with renting, cannot pick how many days a rental is available or being able to pick my prices. I've tried with and without MODs and CC, doesn't change a thing. Also has stopped responding to me trying to fill vacancy. I'm so stuck and unsure what to do. I've tried everything I've found online, nothing works and I'm feeling a little deflated after paying for a game which doesn't seem to be playable

Thank you so much this did work, my game worked great after I followed your suggestions.

I did lose all my old files because they wouldn't load back onto my new game but thats fine as long as my games working. Sorry I didn't update right away, hope this helps anyone else having the same issue
