    @ZanthiatheMystic To me it sounds like you're account is lacking the entitlement for this chair for some weird reasons.

    Are you using Origin or have you also tried EA App?

    Only other suggestion I have is to contact support and ask them if they can remove CL from your account and re-add it.

I use Origin - I don't know what that app is, never heard of it 

But I will contact support tomorrow evening, thank you for the suggestion 🙂

@ZanthiatheMystic EA App is the new client that will replace Origin somewhere down the line.

Maybe it works with that so worth a try: https://www.ea.com/ea-app-beta .. it's still in beta but it's no problem having both Origin and EA App installed along each other. You just have to pick which one to run to start the game.
