I don't have the option to study opponents

For some reason I don't have the option to study opponents. My sim is an athlete and I want to get a promotion. In order to get a promotion I need to be able to study opponents which I do not have th...

Study Opponent is found on the Computer under Web when you have a work task to study opponents.

What happens when you click on exercise equipment and select Workout?
