I need a modern kitchen

I stopped using CC a long time ago so I'm not keeping up on the new CC in town. Can anyone recommend good modern kitchen CC? I'm starting a new save with a San Myshuno socialite and she needs a nice kitchen and I'm not feeling any of the EA counters (and I have all the packs and still slim pickings in my opinion).
