Icons in live-mode glitching

I've been having this issue for a while and still played but now it's gotten to a point where it's unplayable. The menu in build mode doesn't show up at all and when i clicked it I have to quit the game to go back in live mode. The icons are switched, looking corrupted in live mode and the texts aren't visible. Buttons aren't working until a certain time and i can't access the gallery anymore. My Mods are all updated, my game too so i guess it's one of my CCs but i have no clue on which one ? I have almost all the DLCs and i'm playing on windows. Does anyone has the same issue or knows anything to fix it ?

    Hi ! So i ran a vanilla game and it's working fine, i think one of my mods is causing the issue but i have no clue on which one ( I have many ) Also, it created a new issue because in CAS, my sim changed eye color and hair color...
