Infant bugs in base game

I have recently started playing infants in my Sims game, everything was running smoothly until I tried feeding it in the high chair. I don't have growing together so the milestones aren't the issue. My sim puts the infant down but acts like there is something blocking his path. I have removed my mods/any infant CC I thought could be an issue, and tried a base game highchair and still nothing. I also have a smaller issue where my sims will half of the time be unable to move after putting the infant in the crib, usually after using soothe to sleep. I reset my Sims and they are fine. Are there any known CC/mods that conflict with infants that I should be aware of?
