infant update not showing

I have the Growing Together game, never had an issue. But now when I'm playing, my infant is back to the original kind, where you can't do anything but feed/vaguely interact. I repaired the games through the EA app, and checked after the restart but it hasn't updated. Anyone know a fix to get the infant update back?
