Infinate loading screen since downloading the latest patch

What happens when the bug occurs? You get an infinate loading screen. I have to go into Task Manager to shut down the game.I es

I've tried restarting the game,loading all households to make sure it isn't a corrupted save and deleting the local thumbnail catche to no avail. This started happening after the patch which downloaded late for me. I would have thought it would have showed up on Day 1. Other people on Twitter were complaining of this issue this week but I didn't see a thread on it so I created one.
