What does it look like when your game "doesn't load", in my experience it can look several different ways. Are you running any other mods? If so, I recommend using the 1/2 in, 1/2 out method to potentially find the problem (taking half of your mods out, checking if the game loads, if it does- put the then safe ones to the side and continue halfing the other half until the isolated mod is found). It may also be more than one mod causing the problem so keep that in mind.
Deleting your Last Exception files in your game may also clear up the issue, same with localthumbnailcache. outright Repairing your game from the EA app isn't a bad move either (just ensure your mods are removed before doing this!)

@yne23 Toolbox isn't broken, but you might be missing a piece of a Lumpinou mod, also have an older version of Toolbox installed or a duplicate of it, or have a mod that conflicts with a Lumpinou mod. Lumpinou has excellent support, including for mods that conflict with hers.
