Bridgerton Event not available

The Bridgerton event is not an in-game Live mode event. There's no quest. It's a log-in event: just start Sims 4. That's it. 

Same issue here, on PC using the EA app and no mods or cc. The first few days went great, I think i even got an item or two from the second week. But now, I’ve been trying to login for over a week, maybe longer, with no login event pop up on the main menu. It’s so frustrating because i was in the middle of a Bridgerton style castle gameplay and was actively using each new item i got… now i just login to see if it works, it doesn’t, and i close the game. 

luthienrising​ It doesn’t show up at login though. That’s it, that’s the issue. it used to for the first few days. and now there’s no pop up at login and hovering over the event icon in live mode (to check your status on the event) gives the “Please wait and try again as the Gnomes try to fix the failure”. It’s nowhere on the main menu anymore. So there’s no way to even look at the event for us who are experiencing this issue. 

I have logged in many times just to fix my game and I have nothing  unlocked from the even I really want it 

llBriLeoll​ If this is happening with an empty Mods folder, please head to Gameplay Issues or Bug Reports. Also, have you clicked on the Events tab? You need to select to unlock items.
