I’ve been using Sims 4 Mod Manager for my OMEN laptop. Still, it worked only after I found the duplicate files, and the Relationship/Pregnancy mod was causing the infinite loading screen, even after I updated everything else, including WW. The Relationships mod by Lumpinou is still not working today (for me). Hope this helps at least a bit.
xerykahh RPO is not broken. Make sure you have the current files only, no old mod files. Lumpinou has an excellent support server, too.
