Since the migration we had to do from Origin to Ea the sims 4 studio will not allow access advising incorrect configuration path. I have tried wvery combination and followed from “show in finder” where the folders are and it still is saying the same. Can you please advise on installation what folders on the mac we should be using to install the games and also let us know the correct configuration paths. I’ve uninstalled, restored my mac back to factory settings and nothing is working. Is there a way we can gain access back to origin as that app works with no issues.
The sims 4 studio,since the change over to ea from origin the other day, I can’t configure the path to the folders. Which folder should we be saving ea and the sims 4 do you know? The folders path used with sims4studio and origin, EA app is not working with it.

Have you looked in your Applications folder? I've migrated one Mac to EA App and have the game installed externally on that machine so the game library location has been changed in EA App. Have you checked your game library location in EA App? Whatever that file path is is the one you should put into S4S. But really, the S4S website should be the place to ask 🙂
