Interaction Menu delay

My interaction menu has been taking ages to load recently with it taking around 8 seconds on other sims and up to 15 seconds when i click on my own sim the issue is much better when clicking on objects (usually like 1-2 seconds) but it also extends to stuff like the phone or calendar. I've tried removing all my mods and starting a whole new game but while its lower (7 seconds on my sim and 3 on other sims) its still slower than what i'd expect it to be, im not rlly sure what else to do so any help would be appreciated because its rlly starting to annoy me now.

I’ve lowered everything by one and it’s gotten a bit better with my sim now taking around 4 seconds but clicking on other sims is still around 7-8 seconds

@Ruth_Oik Unfortunately, I don't know what else to suggest. Your graphics chip doesn't have a whole lot of dedicated memory so that could be a factor.

The game now has so many interactions when you click on a Sim that lags can occur (I have an high end machine and still have them when clicking on the fridge).

Also that HP doesn't let you update the drivers, doesn't help either.

Maybe it's best if you create a bug report for the lags when clicking on the Sims.

A new report is best cause so it's only for the Sims menu (since the other already has a thread)

Provide your DxDiag again as well as a file called config.log which you can find in documents\Electronic Arts\the sims 4
