Interior Designer Career option not available (sims 4)

I just bought the Dream Home Decorator game pack in the sims 4. All the CAS and build items were downloaded, however the option for interior designer does not pop up on available careers. I have trie...

By the way, I have no mods or cc downloaded in my game.

    having similar issue my career shows up as a rabbit hole career not active

      That's a brand new bug they introduced with the hotfix to High School Years game update.
