"Introduced to Celebrity" milestone being spammed for all active Sims

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Horse Ranch, Growing Together, High School Years, Werewolves, My Wedding Stories, Realm of Magic, etc.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game normally
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sims (including my horse??) get spammed with "Introduced self to a celebrity" milestones despite that definitely not being the case. They live their lives normally, I keep getting the noise spammed at me every so often, and they build up a bunch of those milestones. Occasionally I'll look away for two seconds and look back and they'll suddenly have like three more.
