Is there a mod for stopping gaining fears for non-active households?

So... I play rotationally and I'm totally fed up with changing household only to find out that all family members have gained 1000 new fears while they were not actively played. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature but I would really like to stop the non-active Sims from gaining any new fears. So, does anybody know if there is a mod for this?
