Is there a way to get sims back from beginning cas after crashing?

Hello! I run the Sims 4 on a hard drive, so it crashes very often (because of the plug I use). But getting to the point, I wanted to start/create a new family of sims, and I was having fun making them. Although, the game crashes on me before I clicked the okay button, and I did not save them in the gallery beforehand. Is there any possible way I can get the sims back? I know there might not be, but I do not remember how to create them fully, and I really want my sims back. I created them using new game option, but it crashed before I could continue.

Does anybody have ideas?

@kat01900 Usually Sims aren't saved if you don't save them so I don't think there's a way.

Constant crashing isn't good so on which platform are you playing ? Would probably be best to find a solution to stop the crashing.

Make sure to post your Computer's DxDiag if you do.

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
