Issue with TOOL Mod and Object Deletion

I recently used the TOOL mod in The Sims 4. The mod is up to date, as I redownloaded it today and used it for six hours. However, I encountered an issue where I placed like 16 objects on the streets, saved the game, and now I am unable to delete them.

I have invested more than 15 hours into this save file over the last two days and I really don't wanna start a new save file ☹️ . The issue is isolated to one specific location in Brindleton Bay (Whiskerman's warf), as the mod works fine in other areas. The objects placed on the streets cannot be clicked on, and when I do manage to select a few items with the tool menu, it duplicates the objects instead of deleting them.

Steps I’ve Tried to Resolve the Issue:

  1. Removed all mods and tested the game

  2. Deleted the localthumbcache file

  3. Attempted to interact with the objects in Live Mode, but this didn’t work either

  4. Installed a mod called "Object Destroy Fix," but it fix the problem.

  5. Tried every available recovery save, but the objects were still there
  6. Bulldozed the Lot
  7. Pressed the undo button

If anyone could help me that would be amazing <3

  • @7cr32tr4nh87 For support with TOOL Mod, head to TwistedMexi's own support. Please note that there are current bugs related to non-deletable items that might be affecting the game. TOOL Mod has -- at the minimum -- a current UI issue. To my knowledge there aren't other issues with it right now, but there might be some I don't know about otherwise.

  • @7cr32tr4nh87 This is not a mod issue, the same is with almost every object placed in the world via gameplay (bikes, easels, empty coffee cups, dishes etc.) (see "Overlapping festivals" and similar topics)
