Issues with the High School Years EP & Patch Update

Question

i have a few issues with my game i don't know if everyone is having these issues or its just me.

i got the patch yesterday i never got the wants and fears or the body hair with the update.

Today i bought the new EP i installed it and i went to play it but when i got to the main menu it didn't come up with pop up you always get when you install a new DLC. when i went to play it i went to the world map the new world copperdale it's not on there. Orgin says its installed but nothing is on the game the whole EP is not on the game even though it says its installed.

what is going on?

@TheSuperWolf100 Really? then why was i able to install it because previous packs i wasn't able to.
