@kee1 Could you give a few more details ? Does it happen when you place then or when you go out and back in in build/buy ?
Have you checked your family inventory ? Are you using moo ? Have you deleted the localthumbcache file after removing your mods/cc ?

When I have my mods in my game and I try to place down cc objects they disappear . When I take out my mods and try to place down objects it still doesn’t work . I’ve deleted all broken mods and I’ve delete the local thumbnail
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
