Items in Autumn Apparel kit bugged

I purchased the Autumn Apparel kit on October 20th and tried to use it in my game with mods, but none of the items showed up or there were issues. I removed all mods and CC and tried to load it again, and the issue is still there.

I have the latest game version playing on a Mac ios operating system. Below is an example of what happens when I try to use one of the Autumn Apparel items in an unmodded game.
