It helps to simply bookmark before downloading.
My web-page bookmarks are organized similar to my mod folder.
If I find something interesting I just bookmark it and leave it until I have a large amount of items bookmarked.
I usually find that I've changed my mind about some items with the extra time before downloading and I delete them.
This helps me avoid less quality items, or items I simply don't need. Sometimes I find myself amazed at what I have book-marked. It must be that the CC buzz messes with my judgement. :D
Once you have a large collection, it's like having a new stuff pack when you finally download it all.
