I had this problem and it was fixed by deleting all my TwistedMexi mods. There's no new patch yet, but when it comes out you can just redownload it.
Not all TMex mods are reported broken. Have you seen Broken/Updated Mods & CC?
Yes, but I only have the Build Better Buy and TOOL mods which don’t work without each other. So I just deleted both
