Kijiko No EA Eyelashes glitch

Hi! I just downloaded Kijiko's eyelashes and their No EA eyelashes mod. Any time I equip the skin detail that removes the EA eyelashes my sims faces have weird glitching clipping as seen in the photo...

CAS CC Doesn't Show In-Game But Does Show at Startup
I got a new pc and installed the game from the EA app. I cannot get CAS CC to load. It comes up in the list that's shown at startup and the script mods and build/buy content all works but nothing not...
