lagging freezeing not able to play time behind hours

What happens when the bug occurs? sims freeze up don't move for 20 sec or more not able to play
What do you expect to see? my sims every min the time moves, the time is always behind email address is

my sims game is lagging bad can't play it lags every 20-30 seconds, i reset sims a million times

no, it wasn't like this until that second update in August than this last one messed my game all please help me fix the problem
